User Agreement (Terms of Service)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lina mobile application ("App"), provided by the Lina Team ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to access or use Lina. By using the App, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Lina is a community platform designed to share and discover authentic lifestyle scenes, recording daily moments, and exploring how women live, create, rest, and grow.

4. User Accounts

• Registration: You may need to create an account using your Name, Username, and Email.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

5. Content and Conduct

• User Content: You retain ownership of the photos and text you post ("User Content"). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the App.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Photos/AI: You acknowledge that photos used for generative features are processed primarily locally or via secure one-time server processing, and are not used for biometric identification.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by the Lina Team and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Data Deletion: Upon account deletion, your personal data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability or availability of the service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Lina Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Lina Team primarily operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.
